The Vial Filling Line Assembly is equipped with an advanced
technology which ensures precise filling and stoppering of the
vials. The filling process is carried out through the 600mm
Turntable. This Vial Loading Method helps in the smooth and
continuous flow of vials and makes the process hassle-free. Once
the vials are filled and stoppered, they are directly transferred
to the Vial Capping Machine, which ensures a perfect seal on the
vial.
The Capping Torque is pre-set on the Touch Screen (HMI) of the Vial
Filling Line. If the torque is not reached, the Servo Motor will
automatically tighten the cap. When the torque is reached or
exceeded, the Servo Motor will automatically stop capping. This
feature not only ensures a perfect seal but also eliminates the
chances of over-capping, which might damage the vials.
Another key feature of the Vial Filling Line is the use of Festo or
SMC Pneumatic Components, ensuring the durability and longevity of
the machine. It also proves to be cost-effective in the long run as
