According to the characteristics of disparity of shape, Waddled, various of specification for the shaped bottle of Biochemistry Diagnostic Reagent, bottle holders used for adjust the bottle neck to the same level and the same outer dimension of working astrolabe, so that no parts needed to be changed when shifting the different specification of products (if the same cap specification)

3.The unique “Following Filling Technology “realize one time of filling for large doses of Biochemistry Diagnostic Reagent to ensure the accuracy of filling and upgrade the quality of product.
4.Diving filling (under the surface of liquid) when the machine running to prevent liquid blister or spill.
5.Having the function of alarm and stop working when bottle shortage or fallen, not in right position, lack of bottle and the function of not grabbing cap and capping when no bottle.
6.Specially designed manipulator to take and send the cap reliably and stably and greatly improve the capping quality.
7.Adopting precision servo technology to control torsion of capping.
8.Monitor function make the operator to view clearly the working situation, easily operation and maintenance. In addition to sound and light alarm, the dynamic display of alarm and its position as well as the cause of alarm on the human-machine interface (HMI).
9.The main body of machine is made of SUS 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy etc. and the designing is complied with GMP.
