Test Tube Aseptic Filling Machine With Vertical Positioning Labeling Line

The line was designed by our own company with automatic tube unscrambler, filling and capping, labeling and automatic weighing machine. This production line stable running speed is around 20 ~30 bottles/min.

It is specially designed for 0.5~10ml tube bottles.

The features of production line

● Customers can choose peristaltic pump, plunger pump or other metering method according to their requirement.

● To avoid liquid bubbling and splashing, our filling nozzles can move up and down while working.

● The modular design makes it easier and more convenient to replace for other specifications of products.(like different shape,
volume of bottles etc.)

● The equipment mainly adopts the SUS304, Aluminum Alloy, non-toxic polymer material. Pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel are used for the filling needles. The whole production line meets GMP requirements.
