servo sinking and stacking unit, which allows for efficient
stacking of up to 6500mm long Petri dishes. The machine is further
equipped with a filling needle insulation feature that prevents the
liquid at the filling needle from cooling down too fast when the
production is suspended. This feature also prevents the liquid from
solidifying and blocking the filling needle, while the temperature
of the stainless steel filling needle is controlled at 40~45°.
Moreover, this Petri dish filling device comes with 3 lanes and a
pure steam generator of 100kg/h.
